OmnibusGuard records product price observations per market, computes 30-day-lowest reference prices, renders storefront price-information lines, computes unit prices, stores product-safety display fields, and produces alerts, snapshots and reports from that recorded data.
OmnibusGuard is a record-keeping and display tool, not legal advice, and not a substitute for it. It records, warns and displays; it never creates or modifies prices or discounts. Verdicts and warnings derive from prices observed while the app is installed and recording — where the recorded window is incomplete, the app says so rather than inventing history. Responsibility for pricing decisions and legal compliance remains with the merchant.
Paid plans bill through Shopify's subscription system with a 7-day free trial, appear on your Shopify invoice, and end when the app is uninstalled. Downgrading stops paid features immediately; recorded history is kept.
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted availability. The storefront embed is designed to fail safe: if the service is unreachable, it falls back to the price already on the page and never blocks or alters your storefront. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 8th Origin LLC's liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding three months.
